My dad owned a tavern/ restaurant in E St. Louis years ago. I tried several on-line historic information websites trying to find some information on it. Every try was a BLANK?? I lived there so I know it existed! It was called by 2 different names, The Chuck Wagon and some called it Dizzy Deans. It was on 13th and Lake. Could someone tell me I didn't imagine all this?!-Submitted by Rich Cristel

I lived next door to Dizzy Dean's tavern in 1952-1953. My mom worked there and was friends with Diz and Marie Dean's. I was about 8 and my parents took me there and I drank coke, played juke box. Our home address was 1330 n. 13th street. I've tried to find pictures too.
