My name is Shelley Grudle and two of my uncles were adopted by someone in Galva IA with the last name Hoops. I am curious if you could tell me the name of the owners of the W. A. Hoops Store in Galva Iowa? I found an article that said their mother was Mrs. W. A. Hoops.
