Question - was Logan, Iowa named after General John A. Logan or Senator Thomas M.C. Logan? I have a print out of the obituary of Senator Thomas M.C. Logan from the Annals of Iowa volume 6 (1902-1905) which suggest the town was named after Senator Thomas M.C. Logan. Wikipedia does not show that Logan, Iowa was named after General John A Logan.
